Reservations and Quotes
When you make a booking over the phone you will need to provide payment details, so make sure that you have these to hand whilst you’re on the line. You will also need to provide personal details when you make the booking, as well as give the exact dates and times you will need the rental.
You will also need to explain where you would like to pick your rental car or van up from, provide the location to the customer service operator on the phone, and they’ll be able to locate the nearest station to you.
Modify or cancel a booking
You have 48 hours before your Hire Period to modify your booking without incurring a charge, there is a chance that some aspects of your booking may change, so be clear to get all updated details when you’re on the phone.
When you phone to make a change to your booking you will need your reservation number that you got when you originally made the booking.
