Sending a parcel
You can send your parcel using YodelDirect services. There are next day and two day delivery services available, as well as delivery to the Republic of Ireland and the rest of the world.
Yodel 24 is a service which aims to have your parcel delivered the next working day following collection. Collections are generally made between 8am and 6pm, with free doorstep collection so that you don’t have to be concerned with getting your parcel to a Post Office. Free compensation cover of £20 is included but you can increase this if the item that you are sending is of higher value.

Why was my delivery slot missed?
The two hour delivery window is generated by the driver’s route that day. Sometimes, the route may have traffic, road closures or other factors which cause a delay; in which case, you will be given a new two hour delivery slot.
What happens to my parcel if I’m not in?
If you won’t be in for your delivery, there are several options. You can have your parcel delivered to a neighbour or left in a safe place- however, for deliveries requiring a signature or there is not an approved safe place to leave the parcel, the parcel will not be left. If this occurs, a driver will leave you a card with instructions on what to do next. A green card means that the driver will have left their contact number on the back. If you are left an orange card, you can select a different delivery date or arrange to collect the parcel from your local depot.
