What time is check in/check out?
The desks at Travelodge are manned for 24 hours, but guests can check in any time after 3 pm. However, if this does not suit you, you can pay an early check in fee of £10 and check in from 12-noon. The same service is offered for checking out, regular check out is at 12 noon, but a fee of £10.00 can be paid for a later check out of 2pm. Staff are happy to add this to your booking when you arrive. These additions can also be purchased when making your original booking.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are only allowed at the discretion of the management at the hotel you are visiting, and if agreed there will be no more than two pets per room allowed. Pets will be charged at £20 per pet per stay, however animals to aid hearing, blindness etc are exempt from any charge or pet rules. The pets must remain in the room at all times and must not be left unattended. Pets are available as an extra on your website booking.

How do I cancel my booking?
If you have booked using a flexible cancellation rate, you can cancel anytime up to 12 noon on the day of your booking and receive a full refund.
