Tesco Loans is the loan branch of the UK bank, Tesco Bank which is the Bank of popular supermarket chain Tesco. Tesco Loans Payment Breaks
The Tesco Loans payment breaks are only available at the beginning of your loan, this means that if your payment break application is approved your first repayment will not start until three months after you have been issued the loan. You will be charged interest during the payment break and the overall loan term will be extended by 2 months, this means you will be paying an extra two months interest. Tesco Loan Repayments
Tesco Loans repayments are made monthly by direct debit taken from the account the loan will be paid into. The first repayment date will be one month after the date your loan will be issued (unless you have applied for a payment break). As Tesco Loans are at a fixed rate you will always know what you need to pay back and your repayments will be on the same day every month. If you’re late with a payment you will be charged £12 each time your payment is late and £12 when a default notice is issued. You can pay your repayments early but be away that you will pay up to two months interest if you choose to pay your loan back early.
