Now that Orange and T-Mobile have joined to create EE all contracts will now be with EE but you can access a T-Mobile price plan which allows you to access previous contracts offered by T-mobile. If you’re already with T-Mobile your contract will not have changed but when you’re due an upgrade you will automatically be switched over to EE. It will take you to the login page where you need to enter your username and password. T-Mobile contracts do not end until you upgrade or cancel them yourself, even if the minimum term is over you will continue to pay for the contract and be given the plan perks until you end it yourself. If you still have time left on your contract but you’re not happy with the services T-Mobile or EE are providing you with you can terminate your contract and switch mobile provider.
