Samsung Support

The customer service advisors will provide further information and assistance. Ask about the newest releases from Samsung, including the price and in-depth specification details. Get product updates regarding safety and any recalls or necessary repairs. You can also call to find out if there are any promotional offers available before you make a Samsung purchase. Learn where your nearest Samsung Experience store is so that you can try out the products and receive advice in person. Samsung stores can carry out repairs, provide device training, discuss finance options, or trade up your old phone.

Samsung Shop

When you buy a Samsung product and there is an issue, your contract is with the retailer. You will need to contact them directly to receive support. You cannot place a new order over the phone, but you can get help with existing online orders. You will need to provide your order number when you call. Order tracking is available in your online account, but if the information is wrong or there are no updates then you should call for help. Contact Samsung if your new product arrives with damage or does not arrive at all. Call if you decide to cancel your order or need to organize a return.

Warranty & Repairs

All Samsung products have a standard warranty covering manufacturing faults. The warranty length depends on the product, but it will be either 12, 24, or 36 months. Some products like earphones only have a warranty of 6 months, while others like memory cards are covered for 5 years. This does not cover accidental damage, so repairs for this will be chargeable. Contact Samsung to find your closest repair centre so they can assess your device. There will usually be a fee for the inspection even if they do not repair it.

Upgrade Programme

Samsung offers a scheme where you can upgrade to the latest Samsung Galaxy phone every 12 months. All you have to do is maintain a credit agreement with a chosen provider for 24 months. If you keep up with the monthly payments and send your phone back in good condition, Samsung will replace it with the newest handset. If you are already registered, you can call to check if you are eligible for an upgrade yet. Should you change your mind after receiving an upgraded phone, you have 14 days to contact Samsung and cancel. You should contact the credit provider directly about repayments.

Complaints

Samsung tries to be as accessible and accommodating as possible towards customer needs and demands. You might have a faulty Samsung product which neither customer services nor the repair centre has been able to mend to your satisfaction. If the service you have received from Samsung has been poor, call to request an investigation into your case. Depending on the circumstances, you might be able to demand compensation or take your complaint to Trading Standards if they take longer than 28 days to provide a solution or final response regarding your issue.

Careers

Do you have dreams of working for a multi-corporation technology giant like Samsung? They may be more reachable than you think. Samsung is all about shaping the future, so they are on the lookout for pioneers. You can call to enquire about recruitment opportunities or simply send a CV to recruituk@samsung.com for consideration. You could find a position working in management, operations, HR, marketing, technical development, or other areas of the business.

Other Ways to Contact Samsung

Samsung offers many ways to get in touch with them besides a phone call. If you have an account on one of these platforms, then you can send a Facebook message to Samsung UK or tweet to @SamsungHelpUK. The customer service advisors will be replying between 9am and 9pm every day. If you prefer to speak to someone directly, use the live chat during the regular helpline opening hours. You could use the online contact form to send a message through the website, or e-mail support@samsunguk.zendesk.com regarding orders from the Samsung shop. If you want to escalate a complaint, send an e-mail to the CEO. You could also write a letter to their UK head office.
