To make a complaint to Parcel Force, call the complaints team on 0843 557 5219. This line is direct, and someone will be able to help you as soon as possible. If this line is busy, which it can be at peak times, try calling another time.

You can make a complaint about where your parcel was left on your property, at the state the parcel was in, if the parcel was damaged or broken, or if you haven’t received your parcel. You can also make a complaint about a member of staff if this is what you wish to do. When calling this number, ensure you have your tracking number, which can be found in your confirmation email from Parcel Force.
