O2 is a UK telecoms company. O2 was founded in 2002 as a result of BT’s European mobile division’s merger. O2was then bought by the Spanish telecoms company Telefonica for what was rumoured to be £18 billion in 2005 which allowed it to stay in the UK head office and continue to offer their normal services to its customer’s.

O2 Products

O2 offers a range of products such as phones, tablets, SIMs and even refurbs. O2 stocks new and old models of the most popular phone brands, you can look through the huge selection of models on the O2 website. Once you have picked the phone model you can choose whether you want to pay monthly for the phone and a contract or buy the phone and have a pay as you go SIM card. O2 also stock all the newest models of the best tablets on the market as well as older models. You can pay monthly for the tablets or pay as you go. O2 offers SIMs for phones and tablets, the SIMs are either pay monthly or pay as you go. O2 Refurbs are O2’s range of like new phones, with all the newest models that have been previously owned for a cheaper price.

MyO2 Account Help

MyO2 is O2’s online management service that allows you to manage your account, check your usage, view your bills as well as change certain parts of your contract. The service is available 24 hours a day allowing you check your account whenever you may need to. To log in to your MyO2 account just go to the O2 website and it will say ‘sign in or register’, just enter your username which is normally your email and your password. If you are an O2 customer O2 will have already created your MyO2 account, if you need help logging in call the helpline. If you are a pay as you go customer you can sign up for the MyO2 services online and you will be able to check your usage and balance as well as set up automatic top-ups and access O2 Rewards. O2 Recycle

The O2 recycle scheme allows you to sell your old phone and it will be recycled on their website and sold on to a new owner. You can go to the O2 recycling website to search for your device and they will be able to give you a quote. You can sell your phone with the O2 recycling scheme no matter your network, phone model or brand and condition. All you need to do is make your ‘order’, send off your phone they will check it and confirm your quote and they will pay you straight away on the same day.

O2 Upgrades

If you are unsure if your contract is up you can get in touch with the customer services team and they will inform you of whether or not you are due an update. If you still have time left on your contract the customer services team will be able to inform you of the cost of ending your contract. Once you have agreed to upgrade your phone you will be told how much different models will cost you a month and once you have decided your phone will be sent out to you and you can keep or sell your old phone.

O2 Complaints

You can get in touch with the O2 complaints team if you are unhappy with the service you’re receiving from O2 such as if you have been overcharged or charged for a product or service you haven’t bought, the signal on your phone is bad or is not connecting at all, you have had a bad experience with a member of the customer services team or you have had another negative experience with the company or their services.
