When you phone this number you can make transfers between the following accounts, held in your name: current accounts, e-savings, monthly income 60+, InvestDirect, Cashbuilder, Instant Access, ISA and Smart Account.

When you phone this number you will not be able to transfer money from passbook accounts.

Using this number you can also speak to the advisor to pay a bill or transfer money to someone, you will need to select a payee and provide the payment amount and date.

PIN and Passnumber

PIN requests can only be made for card based accounts, when you phone make sure you have the right account you want your PIN for if you do have more than one account. Once you have made the call, your PIN reminder will be sent to your home address within 5-10 working days.
