Monsoon is part of Monsoon Accessorize, a British company which operates the two international fashion chains Accessorize and Monsoon. The company is registered in London and has over a thousand shops worldwide. Peter Simon opened the first Monsoon shop in London in 1973, and Accessorize followed in 1984. Monsoon Accessorize supports ethical trading and founded the Monsoon Accessorize Trust in 1994, which is a charity helping vulnerable women and children in Asia. The company was listed on the Stock Exchange for almost 10 years until Peter Simon bought it back in 2007. HMRC fined them in 2015 for underpaying employees who had to wear Monsoon clothes.

You can’t order from Monsoon over the phone, but you can contact Monsoon customer services on 0843 557 4319 to make general enquiries. These could be about anything from Monsoon products to production. Request more information about an item or ask about stock. Locate your nearest Monsoon or Accessorize store if you have not been before. You can find out if a particular branch has the product you want available so you can try things on in person. Some stores offer a personal shopping service, so call to ask about this or book an appointment with the store stylist. Enquire about the Bridal Collection for your wedding. Orders & Delivery

Once you place an order, Monsoon cannot amend or cancel it for you. Unfortunately, you will have to wait for the delivery and then return it to get your money back. Return items must be unused and good as new, and given back to Monsoon within 30 days of receiving them. This is reduced to 14 days for sale items. Your method of return will depend on how you paid and where you bought them. For example, if you pay with PayPal, you have to return orders to Monsoon’s warehouse. If you want to return furniture, you will have to call to arrange a collection. Monsoon has launched a Reward Members Club with exclusive benefits for customers who join. Members earn a point for every pound they spend at Monsoon, and when they reach 100, they get a free £10 voucher. In addition, you’ll get access to discounts on delivery and other tailored offers.
