Monsoon is a women’s clothing retailer in the UK, selling a range of high street fashion items including dresses, tops, blouses, skirts, coats, jackets, shoes, boots, belts, bags, hats and other accessories. They also sell a range of childrenswear, workwear and partywear, and stock their own wedding collection as well as opening a Christmas line around the festive season. Monsoon also has its own jewellery and accessories division, named Accessorize, which operates as a separate store but provides all of the finishing touches for your Monsoon outfit.
Monsoon offers its UK customers free online delivery on all items, and free delivery to its international customers on orders over £75. The outlet also runs a reward card scheme, which shoppers can use to earn Monsoon Reward Vouchers, issued in February and September every year, to be spent on future purchases in store. The Monsoon reward card also entitles customers to treats such as exclusive sale and new season previews; birthday gifts; discounts, invitations to special events and a complimentary Reward Magazine. Cardholders will also have use of a dedicated Monsoon customer contact line.

If you are unhappy with your online order, Monsoon has a returns policy in place. This is as follows:
- Send the item back in an unused condition.
- Send it back within 30 days of receiving the item; 14 days for sale or outlet pieces.
- Include your dispatch note as a proof of purchase.
You can purchase both Monsoon and Accessorize gift cards on the website and you can use them both in store and online. They are available for amounts between £5-£200.
When you register for a reward card, you can earn points each time you spend at Monsoon and Accessorize. All you have to do is show your card in store, or enter your 19 digit card number and four digit PIN at the online checkout. Then, twice a year, your points will be converted into reward vouchers which you can use to shop the new collections.
You can earn one point for every £1 spent, with a £10 voucher for every 150 points.
You’ll also get birthday treats each year and exclusive offers/collection previews.
My order was unsuccessful but I’ve been charged
Funds are not usually taken from your account until an order has been despatched. However, if your item hasn’t been despatched and funds have been taken, the money will not have been charged and the amount will be refunded back into your account within a few working days.
Can I place an order over the phone?
You can only place an order online or in store.
My order has been cancelled, why is this?
You’ll receive an email if your order has been partly or entirely cancelled. If this occurs, it is because an item is out of stock.

It depends on the type of delivery that you select. All UK deliveries can be tracked.
I don’t have an online account, can I still make an online order?
Yes, you can opt to check out as a guest. However, creating an online account creates an order history, meaning you are able to track orders and monitor progress.
