Kimberly Access IPAF Training Courses

If you are looking for a provider of training, you don’t need to look any further than Kimberly Access! As well as offering equipment hire they now offer a range of courses that cover Health and Safety at work and IPAF training.

There are more than 70% of all accident caused within the work place that happen as a result of working at height. This means that it should be a top priority for your company to be aware of the health and safety implications of this type of work and ensuring they are properly aware of the risks and trained sufficiently.

The 1974 Health and Safety at Work Act makes it the duty of every employer to give a suitable level of training to their employees that means they can safely operate equipment as well as being competent at it.

If you are looking for training in meeting the obligations for “Working At Height”, you can get training from Kimberly Access for Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1988 (also called PUWER) as well as Working at Height Regulations 2005 (sometimes called WAHR) and it means that any staff member that take part in these courses will be sufficiently informed about the safe ways to use certain types of powered access equipment and be aware of the risks and limitations they present.

By taking up these training courses, you organisation, company or business will comply with the laws in the UK that are concerning the use of MEWPs and staff members working at height. You will not only get the appropriate training, you will also get any advice or support you may need with these areas as well.

The training packages offered by Kimberly Access can be tailored to suit your individual needs, meaning that if you and/or your staff need a particular combination of courses, these can be arranged.
