GAME is the brand name of the trading company Game Retail Limited, with its parent company being Game Digital Plc. GAME was created in 2002 from previous stores known as Electronic Boutiques and Future Zone. The business goes back throughout various mergers or acquisitions to the Rhino Group, founded in 1991. As you might expect from its name, GAME sells video games for all major brands and platforms. GAME also offers a trade-in service for customers to sell and buy pre-owned games at lower prices. GAME previously had over 600 stores in the UK, which included the converted Gamestation branches. Almost half of these closed after GAME went into administration in March 2012. GAME was acquired by OpCapita shortly afterwards, and still sells games, consoles, and accessories.

Home Delivery & Store Collection

When you order online from the GAME website, you can choose for them to deliver directly to your home or to a store for you to collect at your own convenience. Unused products with unbroken seals can be returned to GAME for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the original purchase under their goodwill policy. Faulty games can be returned within 3 months, and faulty hardware and accessories within 12 months. You need to provide valid proof of purchase if you return an item to a GAME store.
