B&Q Deliveries

If you order from the B&Q website, diy.com, you will only be charged for delivery. It doesn’t matter how many items you order, the delivery cost is calculated by the total value of your order.

If your order comes to less than £50, there is a £5 delivery, but if it comes to more than £50, the delivery is free. This doesn’t include bulk deliveries and the total value of your order is the for items that are delivered and does not include the cost of any services.

When shopping on the B&Q website, you may find that some items are offered with free delivery. If your order contains these items and other products that have standard delivery charges, you will still be charged the flat rate of £5 for delivery, assuming your order total is still less than £50.

If you buy your items in a B&Q store but find that you will have difficulty getting them home or are unable to fit them in your vehicle, you can use their store delivery service. You may need to check with your local store for specific details regarding deliveries, such as if your postcode is covered by that store or if you would need to visit another branch.

If your items come to less than £250 in store, there is a £20 delivery charge. If your order is worth more than £250, there is no additional delivery charge.

Returns and refunds

if you have received an order via post, you have 45 days after delivery to return it. You can do this by contacting B&Q over the phone, via email or post to arrange a collection, or you can return the product to your nearest B&Q store. Remember to take the credit/debit card that you used for payment. An item that you return is subject to the following conditions:

  • It is in an unused condition.
  • If an order has been cut or measured to your requirements, it cannot be returned.
  • Perishable items such as plants, which you purchase online, cannot be refunded.
  • You’ll receive a full refund of the price paid, except for delivery/collection charges.

You can cancel your order before it is delivered, but you may not have time.
